We got frustrated
enough to build
something.

Most neuroinclusion initiatives are well-intentioned but basically useless. A 45-minute awareness webinar does not change a culture. A badge on a careers page does not mean your recruitment process works.

We know, because we're neurodivergent and we've been on the receiving end of both. So we built All Minds Matter — practical tools for workplaces and learners that do something more than make organisations feel better about themselves.

All Minds Matter was founded by Rach and Oli. Two people who spent years watching organisations tick diversity boxes while the humans inside them quietly struggled. We got frustrated enough to do something about it.

We're not a big consultancy. We're a small team that cares genuinely, builds carefully, and creates products that are actually useful.
